Recollections of Aiglon College Alumni

Most days, after lunch, this is what we looked forward to:

 …and the télécabine up to the slopes was just a short walk from the houses.

The skiing was—and still is—about much more than having some serious fun during the school day.
It’s excellent aerobic exercise (if you’re overweight, you lose weight).
Because regular skiing fosters extreme physical fitness, it can (sometimes dramatically) improve cognitive function.
It’s a skill that can come in handy in your professional life (think golf).
And once you get to be good at it, it’s a terrific way to boost your self-esteem.
Warning: it can become addictive!
